Our Supported Employment team assists adults ages 18 and older with developmental disabilities to grow their confidence, skills, and connections to find and keep meaningful, paid work that matters to them.
Our services can assist you in the following ways:

- Help to search for jobs that meet your skills, abilities, experience, and interests
- Connection to community-based skill-building training, classes, and courses
- Support to create your resume
- Support to apply and interview for jobs
- On-the-job training, coaching, and assistance
- Help with conversations between you and your employer
- Education and confidence building for employers on disability-inclusive hiring and workplace practices
Since 1990, our team has been empowering workers with disabilities and opening doors to disability-inclusive employment in our community. We have connections with more than 125 employers and work together with community partners to serve you best.
Our services are designed to build your confidence, relationships, and independence in your workplace. We are there only when, as much, and if you need us.
