Webinar Series – Journey to Belonging: Moving from Vision to Reality

This webinar series is hosted by Community Living Ontario.

Community Living Ontario and the Provincial Executive Directors’ Group host a series of 4 webinars during Community Living Month on key issues in Developmental Services. Each webinar highlights Community Living organizations working to fulfil the Ontario government’s new Journey to Belonging: Choice and Inclusion strategy, and will also address barriers to this work.

• May 6 – Supporting People to Live in Housing of Their Choice
• May 20 – Supporting Transition-Age Youth: the Experience in Northern Communities
• May 27 – Supporting People to Age in Place and Reducing Placements in Long-Term Care
