What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a technique whereby anyone can laugh without the need of jokes, comedy, or even having a sense of humour.
What are the Benefits of Laughter Yoga?
Benefits can include relief of stress, anxiety and depression, pain relief, a strengthened immune system, improved breathing, increased oxygen to the body and brain, improved circulation, and help in regulating blood pressure.
