North Muskoka – Community Living Huntsville invites you to share in an inspiring conversation worth having with an international disability-inclusion icon.

Madison Tevlin, a renowned Canadian content creator, model and actor and internationally famed accessibility and inclusion advocate, will headline the not-for-profit organization’s Festive Brunch presented by Tall Trees at the Active Living Centre, 7 Camp Kitchen Road, Huntsville, on Sunday, December 1, 2024, as its keynote speaker.

“I always want people to feel seen and heard. I talk a lot about my own journey of overcoming adversity but also about how we can advocate for others. I want people to know how important it is,” says Tevlin, who added that she wants people to feel empowered through the event and believe in themselves as advocates. “I always want to make people feel like they can do anything. I like to inspire confidence and remind people that every little bit makes a difference.”

Guests will also be treated to a gourmet buffet brunch donated by Tall Trees co-owners and chefs Ashley and Randy Vowels, who are proud supporters of Community Living Huntsville and Platinum Signature Event Partners with the organization. Additional highlights include a Mimosa Mingle to kick off the event and a silent auction featuring some exciting big-ticket items and experiences.

“Last year’s brunch buffet was outstanding, and yet Randy and Ashely are keen to outdo themselves with another gourmet menu featuring some new additions. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and generosity,” says Jennifer Jerrett, Community Engagement Specialist for Community Living Huntsville. “Given the brunch and our keynote speaker, I recommend you buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment, as our brunch sold out last year in record-breaking time.”

Funds raised will support Community Living Huntsville’s affordable housing initiatives for people with developmental disabilities and families who access its services.

Tickets are $65 per person and available online at bit.ly/FestiveBrunch2024. The deadline to buy tickets is November 21.
