NORTH MUSKOKA – Join Community Living Huntsville for an un-fore-gettable experience –and a chance at $10,000 – by registering now for Golf Fore Inclusion 2024.

The not-for-profit organization hosts the fun, nine-hole, all-abilities tournament at Deerhurst Lakeside Golf Course on Thursday, September 26, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM. Early Bird registration is $110 per golfer until July 31. Registration on August 1 or later is $120 per golfer.

“If you are looking to have some fun on a beautiful course and build a stronger sense of community for yourself and your fellow golfers, this is the tournament for you,” said Jennifer Jerrett, Community Engagement Specialist for Community Living Huntsville. “Plus, who doesn’t want a shot at $10,000? The first golfer to sink a hole-in-one on a select hole during the tournament could walk away with that exciting prize.”

The third-annual tournament, which has sold out every year since it started, is a safe and welcoming event for anyone who wants to give golf a shot, even if they feel their golf game may not be up to par. It is a no-pressure, community focused tournament for players with and without disabilities that celebrates a fun, inclusive golf community.

The half-day on the course will also raise funds for Community Living Huntsville’s affordable housing initiatives for people with developmental disabilities and families who access the not-for-profit organization’s services.

Jerrett gave special thanks to the organization’s 2024-2025 Signature Event Partners, including Tall Trees, Lovegrove Construction, Muskoka Party Rentals, Dan Willett Financial, Stephenson District Lions Club, and Refined Kitchen and Bath, for making events like this possible. “We couldn’t do it without them,” said Jerrett.

Registration includes a round of golf, a cart, a barbecue lunch, and a chance at prizes. Registration deadline is August 31. To register, or to sponsor a player, visit bit.ly/golfforeinclusion. Contact Jennifer Jerrett at Jennifer.Jerrett@clhuntsville.ca or 705-380-4153 for more information.
