Community Living Huntsville and Huntsville High School present the first virtual Transforming Together on Thursdays in 2021 with information sessions for students and parents about life after high school on April 22 at 1 p.m., April 29 at 7 p.m. and May 6 at 1 p.m. Making connections today for tomorrow.
Transforming Together 2021 – Session 1
Date: Thursday, April 22, 1 to 2 p.m.
What: Learn about transition planning and inclusive supports for youth to connect with their community now and into future.

Date: Thursday, April 29, 7 to 8 p.m.
What: Learn about Developmental Services Ontario (DSO),Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Works, Christians Against Poverty, Adult Protective Service Worker (APSW), and Community Living Huntsville’s Connections program.
